Can I cancel my order?
Please contact our Support Team and refer your order number and the email address you used to place it as soon as possible.
- If your order still hasn't been shipped, we’ll be able to proceed with a refund right away.
- If your order has been dispatched already, you can still contact the carrier and ask them to stop the shipment - please note that this request must be made by the recipient (you) and not by the shipper (Findster). You can check the contacts of the carrier below on this article - please ensure you have the tracking number at hand (you can see the tracking number in the Order Status page that we sent you via email after you've placed your order).
- If the carrier couldn't stop the shipment on time, you should accept its delivery and then we'll proceed with its return and refund process; in case you don't accept it, it'll take significantly longer for us to be able to retrieve your order, which will delay your refund.
