Can I cancel my Findster Care membership?

You can cancel your Findster Care membership by following these steps:

• If you have purchased your Findster Duo+ pack with a Findster Care membership included, please send us an email via our Contact Form, choosing the category "Questions about Findster Care", with a request for the cancellation.
• If you’ve joined Findster Care through the Findster App, you can cancel your membership directly on your smartphone:

Please note that the cancellation will only take effect the following month.
