My order hasn't been delivered / is lost
If you still haven't received your Findster order, or if you think your order was lost while on transit, please follow these steps:
- You may have missed messages and/or phone calls from the carrier, so please check both the inbox and spam folder of the email you've used to place your order and the phone number you've provided at checkout. They may not be finding the address or they may want to schedule the delivery for a different day/address.
- Click on the tracking number of your order, which was included in the Order Status page that we sent to the email you've used to place your order (please check both its inbox and spam folder and you'll find it). By clicking on the tracking link, you'll see the latest updates of your order, and if the order is almost arriving its destination.
- If the order was marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with everyone in the address and/or with your neighbors if they got it from the courier.
- If the order was marked as delivered but no one was in the address, neither your neighbors have received it, you should contact the carrier that was in charge of the delivery (the carrier is also specified in the Order Status page). Please make sure you have your tracking number at hand before you contact the carrier:
